Meet the Owners:


ERRICA  Head Designer / General Contractor : I am an extremely creative and fearless entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for design, construction, and everything home. As a licensed general contractor and interior designer, I bring extensive hands-on knowledge across all aspects of residential spaces—from concept to completion.


My background also spans real estate, horticulture, and sales, giving me a well-rounded perspective that blends aesthetics with functionality, value, and livability. I don’t just design spaces—I create environments that are intentional, timeless, and built to last.


Design and architecture are quite literally in my blood. I come from a beautiful family, my father was a destructive testing contractor, and did residential Investment flip homes which shaped my appreciation for all avenues of Real Estate. He helped shape my love for construction & design. Pressing structure, and thoughtful design from an early age. That foundation continues to guide my work today.


My signature style is modern traditional, elevated with unique character. I love pairing vintage and antique pieces with clean lines and modern elegance, creating spaces that feel curated, warm, and effortlessly sophisticated. Every project is a balance of history and innovation—fearless yet refined.


 

Errica & Mike DeBiasi are a husband-and-wife duo, a bit of a dream team. Bringing craftsmanship, and fearless vision to every project they take on. With Errica as a licensed general contractor and interior designer, paired with Mike’s 25yrs of hands-on expertise and execution as a Carpenter and Foreman, they have built a system that not only delivers an amazing product but allows for a deep client relationship with understanding and care. Their work blends design excellence with structural integrity. Both Have a deep passion for architecture and design, together they share a commitment to creating homes that are both timeless and functional. Spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and truly lived in. Both with lifelong/multi generational roots in the Bay area of California they both have a true respect for the area's history and a thirst for it's culture.
